By executing this registration, you explicitly enter into a legally binding Independent Contractor Agreement with Kikuyu Kids ("Platform") governed by the following strict provisions:
1. Financial Compensation and System Commissions
You explicitly acknowledge and irrevocably agree that the Platform shall deduct and retain a twenty percent (20%) system commission fee on gross revenue generated by your lessons. The remaining eighty percent (80%) shall be credited to your internal Wallet Balance. Any attempt to bypass, manipulate, or circumvent this payment gateway constitutes a material breach of contract.
2. Anti-Circumvention and Non-Solicitation Policy
You strictly agree NOT to solicit students offline, divert transactions, or conduct educational services initiated on this Platform through external channels. You are expressly prohibited from sharing direct contact information (including, but not limited to, telephone numbers, personal email addresses, WhatsApp, or social media profiles) with students for the purpose of circumventing platform fees. Violation of this clause will result in immediate, permanent account termination, legal action, and the absolute forfeiture of any pending Wallet Balance.
3. Protection of Minors (COPPA/GDPR-K Compliance)
You acknowledge that you are interacting with minors. You agree to adhere strictly to all international and local child privacy laws (including COPPA). You are strictly prohibited from requesting personally identifiable information, photographs, or physical location data from any student under any circumstances.
4. Code of Conduct and Legal Compliance
You warrant that you shall not engage in any unlawful activities, bullying, harassment, hate speech, or the distribution of inappropriate content. You must not engage in any activity that infringes upon the constitutional rights, safety, or well-being of children or students on the Platform.
5. Zero Tolerance for Fraud and Deception
Any attempt to execute fraudulent financial transactions, deliberately mislead students regarding lesson outcomes, or artificially manipulate the Platform's rating/review algorithms will result in immediate account termination and immediate referral to local law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
