We accept absolutely no responsibility for any decisions made, losses incurred, regulatory penalties imposed, or harm suffered as a result of your use of — or reliance upon — this software or any outputs it generates.

Payment processing integrations within Biashara Smart (M-Pesa, Paystack, Stripe, and others) are provided as convenience features. We are not a licensed payment service provider. We do not hold, move, or guarantee any funds.

All payment transactions are processed directly by the respective third-party payment gateways, subject to their own terms, fees, and conditions.
We are not liable for any payment failures, delays, incorrect amounts, fraud, chargebacks, or disputes arising from payment gateway transactions.
STK Push and similar features depend on third-party API availability; we cannot guarantee their uptime or success rates.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

All data displayed, calculated, or exported by the system is derived from data you or your staff enter. We do not independently verify, audit, or validate any data. Errors in input will result in errors in output. We accept no liability for decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete data.

Foreign exchange rates displayed in the system are sourced from third-party APIs and are indicative only. They should not be used for regulatory or contractual foreign currency calculations without independent verification.
